We all enjoy receiving any kind of positive feedback, however, when God confirms in our spirit that we are His and on the right track, it is like no other revelation.  Such a confirmation came in today in the form of a comment on social media.  I post Scriptures daily on several platforms.  The original post. Genesis 13:9 “Is not the whole land before you? Let’s part company. If you go to the left, I’ll go to the right; if you go to the right, I’ll go to the left.” ❤️ Matthew 25:33 “He will put the sheep on His right and the goats on His left.” ❤️ Matthew 27:38 “Two rebels were crucified with Him, one on His right and one on His left.” ❤️ Proverbs 4:26-27 “Give careful thought to the paths for your feet and be steadfast in all your ways. Do not turn to the right or the left; keep your foot from evil.” Trust and Obey. AMEN

The following is a response from a person I have never met. “This is exactly what my life experiences have been, because I’ve been in spiritual bondage since my youth. I’ve been unable to see spiritual things, and I’ve been unable to remember any occult connections that I’ve had until I was freed in January 2024. The occult is anything opposite of God. It is not just witchcraft, the sun goddess, Quigi boards, cyrstals, Buddha, yoga, tarot cards, pornography– the occult uses people to lure us into  everything impure and evil. The devil offers us many temporary pleasures, and beautiful things. Evil disguised as good does not come to us as an ugly thing.

Satan masquerades as innocent and lovely. He is cunning and cleverly deceives. By God’s amazing grace, I have been made aware of his tricks.  By my Creator’s mercy, my spirit binding shackles have been broken off! Now, I can see and agree with who God made me to be.  Head knowledge is one thing, but wisdom comes only from God.  I’ve had difficulty finding anyone who understands what I’m talking about. Church folks are silent about their temptations, or they just don’t understand the occult. I was lost in perfection and looking like a model.  I participated with highly esteemed people in a maze of dark games. Disneyland and Hollywood market adventure and fun as a Harry Potter spell. We are encouraged to ask a Mystic, Psychic, or a Genie but never God?  I did not see any of those things as demonic, but I saw Christians as fanatical. Evil never entered my mind.  I simply agreed that all things available were harmless. I now know I was spiritually blinded. Consulting the Tarot Cards is acceptable, but we are warned to not ask God? Why?

Time after time, I’d stumble into the occult and not know it until I was subject to the dark thoughts of suicide and hopelessness. A person must be there to know what hellish thoughts consumed me.  Since I’ve been delivered and freed: I’ve spoken of it, but nobody speaks back to me. People really don’t realize the power of the occult because the spiritual blindness stamps out that knowledge when it surfaces. Thanks for posting the Scripture in Galatians 5. “It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery.  You were running a good race. Who cut in on you to keep you from obeying the truth? That kind of persuasion does not come from the One who calls you.  The one who is throwing you into confusion, whoever that may be, will have to pay the penalty. You, my brothers and sisters, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the flesh.” Almost everyone I know is enslaved to their own comfort zone. They are not free even as they sit in church. It is quite disturbing coming to know about it all at such a late point in my life. The Father has me in his hand, as always, but even so being a freed slave at my age isn’t necessarily what I was expecting out of life. Everything’s changed for me now, and I don’t want anything to do with where I was in my old life, at all. I really don’t know what to say, other than that, and thanks for posting.”

My response: “Everybody wants to enjoy heaven after they die, but they do not want to be Bible reminded while they live.” Dwight L. Moody. God knows us, He sees us and the Holy Spirit convicts us to repentance. Our transparency about our bondage, our rebellion, our spiritual blindness takes boldness to admit, confess and repent. To repent means to turn away from and return to God. To be spiritually released, and fully delivered from all idols, images and occult practices. The third eye 👁 is prominent in today’s society. Yoga 🧘‍♂️ 🕉 invites a demonic influence that blinds our spiritual sight. The devil deceives us to think “it is harmless.” The Liar laughs as Christians keep their God insulting trinkets, Buddha statues, crystals 🔮 for healing? Jesus gave us His Word, and the Holy Spirit does all the healing. We are wise to clean out our closets of other gods, images, and idols in our hearts and homes. Choose this day who you will serve. God’s kingdom of light? Or Satan’s kingdom of darkness and deception. Our Father warned us repeatedly, “Do not be deceived.” God is calling us into His light, let us run through the doors our heavenly Father has opened. Learn how to identify and avoid  The Occult

Lord Jesus I invite You to fill the hole in my heart ❤️ and make me whole in Jesus name. Heavenly Father, You know my needs and as I intentionally seek God with all my heart, I humbly pray to the One who knows me and Who has eyes to see everything. You know me inside and out. You know my reluctance, my rebellion and my entire past. You know me better than I know myself. Nothing is hidden from You. My Father sees me and He knows me. Wherever I am, Immanuel, God with us, is there. When I sit, stand, walk or run, as I go out and when I come in, God is there. My Father knows my limitations, and my full potential.

He knows my thoughts before they are formed into words. My Father knows when I am tempted to feel lonely. Without a visible person to talk to, He invites me to abide in His sweet Presence. Father, I ask You to make me aware, give me assurance, open my mind to Your plan and purpose for my life. Open my ears to Your gentle whispers that reassure me of Your loving, personal attention. Open my eyes to Your blessing upon blessing that fills me with joy. Open my heart to Your love that lifts and carries me beyond myself. Draw me closer to Your heart as I read my Bible and spend time in prayer. Keep me focused not just on the facts and theology and prophecy of Your Word but on You. Grant me opportunities to encourage others who may feel lonely. The widows and orphans, teenagers and single parents, divorcées and singles, CEOs and salesclerks, prisoners and soldiers, the elderly and the sick. Use me to demonstrate the truth that while we may feel lonely, we are never alone. Because we have You and You have us. In the name of the Jesus who is right here, right now. Amen.

Revelation 12:11 “They (the overcomers) triumphed over him (satan) by the blood of the Lamb AND by the WORD of their TESTIMONY; they did not love their lives so much as to shrink from death.” We do NOT fear death, because we believe that Jesus defeated death. We stand strong in our faith in God’s everlasting, unchanging Word. AMEN
