At breakfast, lunch, or while healthy snacking?  I have indulged the toast, pizza, cake, fruit, yogurt, potatoes,  and gelato!  My choices, my results! I am sick and tired of losing energy instead of the weight I vowed to lose. Truth

2024 Jennie keeps it simple

There are boxes, bags, and cans of dead food choices at every store or restaurant.  Knowing the harm done by  toxic ingredients, I eat them anyway. WHY?  It is my pure addiction.  Who profits from my sickness? Hospitals, and Big Pharm. I REFUSE to believe the lie that a little bit of yeast won’t hurt me!  I say yes to Jesus, and ask the Spirit to help me with a firm NO to any temptation. My

Motivation to change WOE:

1) Respect my temple

2) Energy to serve

3) Ambassador of hope

4) Lose weight

5) Increase strength

6) Improve attitude

7) Live without pain

8) End “me” focused worry

9) Love myself as God does

GROCERY LIST CARNIVORE

● Ground beef, Bacon, Eggs, Pork chops, Chicken, Butter. Electrolytes: tsp salt in 8 oz glass of water each morning and before bed. Limit dairy, improve blood panel.  Avoid diabetes, insulin resistance, heart disease, thyroid, cancer, arthritis, MS, depression, anxiety and kidney failure. Why bring home dead food? Because it is a handy slow poison and an uneeded temptation.

I choose to deny myself the pasta and bread when dining with friends!  The experts; Cardiologist, Nephrologist, or the Nutritionist  cause confusion as to what I need to eat for maximum health.

Break the snack habit and thrive. “PHD” Proper Human Diet is high in meat.  People put food in the tank 17-23 times per day. WOW,  lots of snacking.  Ben Azadi, Dr Ken Berry, Dr Shawn Baker, Dr Anthony Chaffee, Dr Berg, Laura Spath fast lunch to lunch. Eat for fuel. Give sugar to your dog? Put sugar in your gas tank? Why not? Because it slowly kills.

Ten hacks to begin Keto or Carnivore.  1) Don’t buy junk food. 2) Don’t snack 3) Eat meat, chicken, bacon, eggs, butter lunch to lunch = a 24 hour fast. 4) Salt food 5) Drink water 5) Boil eggs make a salad as a side dish. 6) Walk daily 7) Weigh monthly 8) Binge listen to Keto/ Carnivore winners 9) Write down your goal weight or best vidion of you 10) Write down health challenges before you start. Insomnia, BP, PAIN, bellyache, gut /skin issues. Do the research and  take responsibility for how the scale climbs to a higher number.  Energy sags and health declines occur by daily choices. I desire visible bright eyes, lifted pain, better sleep, and to see the scale stuck at 150! My  resistance has been broken with truth.

A picture cannot speak, but it does not lie. Behind the smile is a heart with anxiety, and a belly full of insulin resistance. On  Sept 1, 2024 I declare to God that I need His holy help in every decision, for every meal. Healthy Choices work!

I desire low blood pressure, full kidney function, back pain gone, swelling reduced, bowels working, sleeping sound, energy up, and my hope renewed with an increase of GREAT FAITH in how the Holy Spirit will enable me to deny my flesh, the bread, and treats. Food is fuel. Full with pleasure.

In 19 months Laura Spath lost 120 pounds by eating meat and drinking water. Her blood panel is perfect, she is off all meds, her energy is up and pain gone. Deny the habit of snacking!  We do NOT need to eat 3 times a day. Snacking ages the body, it stirs up metabolic disorders, it develops diabetes and heart ❤️ disease. Every bite, every taste stimulates the digestive process. A few almonds, a protein snack will stir up glucose.  EAT till you are full. STOP ✋️ allow you inflammation to decrease as you BURN FAT 🔥 while fasting.   FAST from LUNCH to LUNCH. Pick the time that works for you. A 24 hour fast is easy when you are fat adapted. Fill up your Ferrari with quality fuel. COMPARE snacking to running to the gas station every 2 hours to top off your tank? Why not? It does not need it!  DO NOT SNACK! Fill tank, stop.

    You don’t need to ingest carbs. Your body can use fat or protein from within the body to convert to glucose! Your liver is your conversion tool. Any trainer who suggests carbs is outdated.

    Dr Anthony Chaffee just gave an excellent presentation on Ketogenic Carnivore Athletes!

  4. My biggest advocate has been YouTube so I figured I’d share who I watch in the hopes that it might help out some of you that are new to this lifestyle. These people have helped tremendously:- KenDBerryMD (first choice amazing content)- Dr. Eric Westman – Adapt Your Life (good facts)- Steak And Butter Gal (love her content – great for morale boosts)

    Some of the biggest mistakes were as follows:- electrolytes balance (I was either way too low, or way too much)- fat balance (again I was not enough or too much )- vitamins (this was eye opening for me – especially for being 73 yrs old)- beverages (what to drink, what must to avoid. What can carnivore help with? For me it eliminated joint pain and I’ve lost not only inches in size but weight is melting off of me. Between these 3 YouTubers, answers to many questions. By watching their videos, your algorithm will adjust. I watch creative recipes to make my food more enjoyable by providing variety. Add butter to everything.
