Our Democrat President Kennedy was assassinated on Elm Street in Dallas as his motorcade traveled through Dealey Plaza on November 22, 1963. The fatal shots were fired from the sixth floor of a brick building. JFK and the young conservative, Charlie Kirk were both killed for their political speeches. Such political violence has also taken the lives of millions of soldiers. Whoever stands for the freedom of speech, is a person who believes in their right to offer their opinions and speak truth.

President Kennedy was in the vehicle with his wife Jackie, Texas governor John Connally, and his wife Nellie. Lee Harvey Oswald fatally shot from the brick building at the corner of Houston and Elm street. The motorcade rushed the president to Parkland Memorial Hospital.

The president was officially pronounced dead about 30 minutes after the shooting. Connally was also wounded in the attack but recovered. Lyndon Johnson was hastily sworn in as president 2 hours and 8 minutes later aboard Air Force One at Dallas Love Field. The kill is still under investigation as light shines on the details.

Motive to kill?    JD Vance stated that “left-wing extremism” is “part of the reason” Charlie Kirk, age 31 was killed. The FBI has   digital evidence that Robinson was tracking Kirk’s events and public appearances through public information. Tyler Robinson was arrested for murder. 

Tyler had an “obsession” with the conservative influencer.  The shooter’s digital footprint in the FBI’s hands. The 22-year-old Utah native, is accused of fatally shooting Kirk during a speaking event at Utah Valley University. Tyler’s dad urged him to turn himself into the authorities.

Every life begins with a breath. We do not own our breath or the life all  been gifted. Life is not ours to keep, nor is it ours to control. Life is a gift we did not ask for and as breath departs, our spirit lives on. Within the fragile rhythm—of our inhale and our exhale—lies the most profound truth: we are NEVER out of God’s sight at any moment. Our eternal soul has one of two permanent destinations.  The first breath we took was a gift full of God’s purpose.  The last breath we take on earth ends our physical existence, but we arrive quickly into the arms of Jesus, or into the firey pit of hell. God knows all, and His Word tells us what to expect.  We will stand before His throne, and we will give an account for our beliefs. Notice that life in Christ is not a gentle lullaby; it is a storm that teaches us to stand strong in our faith in Jesus until the end. Accept life in Christ in His entirety—Jesus suffered, and so will we. We are not here to escape life, but to live it so fiercely that heaven’s angels take notice. Both of these assassins were empty of truth. They did not know Jesus. They were confused by the voice of hate, which is not from God. Evil twisted the truth, and lost souls attempted to kill eternal souls. Our holy God desires that all obey His Word.

God made His glory plain for all to see, so all are without excuse. If you have ever marveled at the Sun, Moon, and Stars, the fact is that you must breathe the very oxygen God created. God has revealed Himself to all in every sunrise. Listen to what the Spirit is saying as you read Scripture.  MARVEL at God’s long patience. Is your name written in His book of Life?
