Losing weight on KETO and NOT feeling a bit deprived!

For the KETO peeps seeking a quick meal there is so much you can create with leftovers! This simple meal was ready in 1 minute, hot out of the microwave, served with iced tea and a few crackling bacon rinds. Slice up one sausage, throw on some leftover rotisserie chicken, a few slices of Jack cheese and slide into the microwave.  You could add some onion if you like.  I spread a dab of Dijon mustard and loved it!  Very filling and easy!  Click for more recipes   Cook with KETO coach.
