KETO No Bake Cheese cakes


Add almond slivers before freezing.  Garnish after 2 hours with chocolate or strawberries.

It’s too hot to turn the oven on, but not to hot to enjoy a cheesecake!  This simple to make dessert is made to fit individual taste.  Put different toppings on each serving of goodness. NO BAKING, just put it into the fridge!  Add this to your FitnessPal for the “go to” sweet treat.

A FEW INGREDIENTS then WHA LA – 6 individual Cheesecakes!

White Cheesecake Filling to make 6 individual cupcakes
  • 1 pkg Philadelphia Cream Cheese = 190 grams (6.70 oz)
  • pinch salt
  • 1/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1/4 cup Stevia
Make the white cheesecake filling:
  1. Mixer soft cream cheese + HWC + Stevia 
  2. Dollop filling into cupcake molds.  Freeze for 1-2 hours.
    TIP: swipe ice cream dipper with coconut oil for non-stick dollops
    3. OPTION: add almond slivers on top of cupcakes before freezing

Make the Chocolate Ganache Icing: 


Two ingredients: Chocolate and Heavy Whipping Cream

  1. Melt 1/4 cup bakers chocolate in microwave.
  2. Add 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream and combine well.
  3. Add splash of water and mix until you get a thick liquid consistency.
  4. Pour over top frozen cheesecakes and enjoy!

Get creative use the same filling and different toppings.  Blueberries, Strawberries!
