Ingredients to make a Jar of Jam
- 1 pound raspberries, fresh or frozen.
- 2 Tablespoons Stevia
- 2 Tablespoons Sparkling water
- 2 Tablespoons chia seeds
- FIRST: Add chia seeds to sparkling water and let them puff up.
Instructions to make one 8 oz Jar of Jam
Add berries and Stevia to saucepan over medium heat.
Stir continuously as they soften and break apart to a slow boil
Use a potato masher or fork to break them up even more.
