With just 4 net carbs per, you enjoy these luscious, lip smacking hot bagels with cream cheese melting on top! Why not slice a few strawberries and delight in your morning! Or another choice is to make a tuna melt bagel for lunch! Make a ham and cheese bagel with lots of mayonnaise, onion, tomato, lettuce. LOTS of variety with your bagel! I stretched the dough to make 8 bagels, which is 4 net carbs each, but truly, half a bagel will fill you up for just 2 net carbs!
1ST BOWL DRY INGREDIENTS to bake (8) small bagels:
1.5 cups Almond Flour + 1/4 tsp baking powder + 1/4 tsp sea salt (STIR)
“OR” 1/2 cup coconut flour + 2 tbl bake powder + 1/4 tsp salt (STIR)
2ND BOWL WET INGREDIENTS:
2 eggs beaten + 1/4 tsp xanthan gum
3rd MICROWAVE BOWL:
2.5 cups mozzarella shredded cheese (melt in microwave for 2 minutes)
Combine all ingredients into one bowl. (smear coconut oil on your hands first) then shape by hands into bagels. Sprinkle wet bagel dough with sesame seeds, then spray baking sheet with cooking oil, bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or so! ( Mexico 230 cel) Let em cool a bit, lift with spatula. THEN enjoy a bagel guilt free!Rub coconut oil on your hands then pick up dough and roll in between hands to form a long rope then touch each end together. These bagels fit in my toaster. Home Made Jam for Bagels: FIRST: Warm 1 large tablespoon of Philadelphia cream cheese in microwave for 5 seconds. SECOND: Cut up a large strawberry into itty pieces and smash into warmed cream cheese. THIRD: Smear on top of a toasted KETO Bagel or KETO cup bread. You’re welcome! NET carb for jam not traceable!
