20180418_150840Must be the German in me but I prefer a white sauce to a red sauce. This beef stroganoff will be used in my ZERO CARB week coming up soon.


1 stick butter

2 pounds ground beef

1 cup sour cream

1/2 white onion diced

1/2 cup shredded Panela Cheese

1 green onion for garnish

1 tablespoon all seasonings

2 tbls chia seeds for texture and digestive benefits –  Grind the chia seeds or you don’t absorb the nutrients that help your gut! 🙂20180418_150032


Brown the onions in bacon drippings. Add beef and brown with onions. Add seasoning and combine well.  Add sour cream, cheese and garnish with green onion.
