Inspired by the movie entitled “Julie and Julia”—-for a scrumptious feast, just add more butter! Julia Childs was a culinary legend and leaping forward, Julie Powell was a frustrated government worker and fledgling writer. Julie documented her journey to make 365 recipes in one year on her blog. My KETO journey began in August 2017 and the recipe for Saucy Chicken was born out of using the ingredients I have on hand.

Carb count requires placing ingredients into APP for carb management.  This girl boasted she did “Lazy Keto” for 2 years, without exercise for her transformation.

Lazy KETO is when you eat primarily KETO approved foods without counting carbs. Taking pictures of success along the way to motivate, as the scale fluctuates dramatically as the body becomes fat adapted. Strict KETO gets a person faster results as they take the time to count each morsel that goes into their mouth. Many Ketonians elect to begin with counting to get the feel and knowledge of how many carbs in a 1/2 cup of peas, then they adjust their serving size! The young lady below began KETO as a type 2 Diabetic, lost the weight, body corrected itself with less sugar, and she is no longer a diabetic!
