EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED TO HEAR this morning, thank You Jesus! Dr Michael Brown explained on youtube interview that in these times, a false doctrine of Grace is spreading. Today I also read that there are Christian publishers that seek a book that includes a DIY video, or a recipe 🌍 Do it yourself? Does that not leave out God’s grace? Christian publishers are seeking to promote books that will provide whatever the current human appetite is. This bypasses the souls need for old and new testament truth. “They are also looking at brand development, creative packaging, and concept-driven books.” Hmmm has the Madison Avenue hype effectively planted seeds in good or rocky soil? The superficial church programs, to increase attendance, numbers and profits is exactly what Jesus rebuked a few churches for. Only our crucified Jesus saves souls, not the latest spin on how proclaiming Jesus will get you a free pass into His forever grace. Seeking to be published in order to advance the fame of Jesus honors His sacrifice. The Smith Wigglesworth style is to be changed from the inside out by reading the pure power of Gods living and active Word. “A Reader’s Delight” is a book that Jesus asked me to write. 🌹The people of Noah’s day scoffed and laughed at him as he put all HIS effort into building an ark of safety, and his family was spared by GOD’S Grace. The Church of Jesus Christ today must take heed “Who bewitched you?”
God knows that the human heart is deceitful above all else. Pride runs rampant as we hide our attitude of smug superiority when we react with disgust towards the lost. Jesus hopes our response to haters, rioters, and our enemies would be like His. “Pray for your enemies and love one another” that we will be set apart from the world by how we treat one another.” Like Noah, we too will be spared from the wrath to come by the GRACE provided through the sacrificial Blood of JESUS. According to John 6:29 “Our Work is to believe in the ONE God has sent.” The Holy Spirit is all knowing, and Present in the midst of every test, trial, unwanted circumstance ⚘to teach us, guide us and renew our faith in what Jesus accomplished for us on the cross. Noah was given instructions by GOD how to build the Ark. Likewise we are given instructions by GOD through HIS living and active, ever relevant Holy Word. Ask the HOLY SPIRIT how should I respond to hate? What would you have me say or do?
Yes people laugh and scoff at us. Because they are deceived to trust their own man made theories. They live according to their own understanding without ever asking God. The works of the flesh, or following all the rules will not get us into Gods kingdom. Surrender, Sacrifice and obedience is what God requires of His army of warriors. One great day every knee shall bow and every tongue confess that JESUS is Lord, King, and Ruler of the universe. He is, He was, and He will return soon. AMEN
