Bulletproof coffee? It accentuates weight loss and bowel movements! A cup of fatted caffeine does the trick every time!  What? Yes, yes, yes — ‘we the people’ — get our bodies into the FAT burning mode by ingesting more fat…even in our coffee! MCTs are fatty acids that have a chain length of 6-12 carbon atoms. MCTs are broken down quickly and sent to the liver, where they may be converted to ketones. HOW TO MAKE Bullet Proof Coffee: Make coffee in a press or in pot.  NEXT: Microwave  1 tablespoon butter + 1 teaspoon coconut oil.  Pour 2 tbls of HWC into coffee cup add melted butter and coconut oil and stir or whip butter concoction into a froth before adding to your CUP.  The small droplets of fat suspended are called micelles, and they make the fat more digestible; one of the roles of bile in the body is to create micelles to help you digest fat.

INGREDIENTS for 44 pods:

A)   3/4 cup unsalted butter ( 1/2 pkg butter size in picture)

B)   hard coconut oil (melted = 16 tbls = 8 oz {44 pods} USE MCT oil if on hand

C) 2 tablespoons vanilla extract

D) 3 teaspoon Stevia

Keep heavy whipping cream in pitcher, dip in the frother, buzz, then pour over a piping hot cup with a pod or two in the mug!  Everyday is a GOOD day to be HAPPY!

EASY DIRECTIONS:

1) In a 1 quart glass bowl, melt coconut oil and butter in microwave. Melt in 30 second increments, stirring in between, melt until the butter is about 3/4 melted.

2) Use a wooden spoon, stick blender or whisk to combine into a thick sauce.  

3) Whisk/blend in vanilla, stevia and flavoring spice(s).

4) Pour into candy mold trays or silicone ice cube trays (Amazon)

5) Cool mixture in freezer for 30 minutes before using POD in cup

1) Eat huge green leafy salad, onion, cukes. Chop up salad, with onion, tomato, avocado, olive oil this gets you the nutrients need. Potassium, Magnesium, Vitamin C – PREVENT cramps, KETO Flu, lower insulin resistance. EAT salad first to NOT overeat the protein. Use sea salt on salad. Dr. Berg Electrolyte Powder.

2) EAT PROTEIN the size of the palm of your hand. A fatty burger BBQ, or a PORK chop, Steak, Salmon, eat the chicken with the skin. Fattier protein does not produce as much insulin.

3) Increase FAT by putting chopped nuts on your salad, MCT oil, avocado. IMPORTANT to do intermittent fasting (IF) and lower your insulin and elevate your KETONES to 4-6 – GOAL: you want to burn your body fat. DO NOT SNACK! ONLY eat when you are hungry. You are enjoying a low carb WAY OF LIFE, then you have a SNACK of a KETO food, your body creates insulin, then you get hungry. EXERCISE on SHAKER for 15 minutes before your BulletProof Coffee.

4) Intermittent Fasting – Drink up to 5 cups of black coffee, or coffee with MCT oil. This will give you energy to get you to your OMAD one meal a day. ENJOY huge salad, a slice of meat, then allow yourself to have a sugar free dark chocolate, or a low carb KETO dessert.

  6. I add heavy whipping cream and blend until frothy. Also too much MCT (medium chain triglyceride) can cause nausea in some people. I limit my coconut oil and grass fed butter to 1 tsp per cup. 1 pod has approximately 1 tsp coconut oil.

    a) complete abstinence of carbs b) moderate carbs

    3. Stop eating at 6pm – KETONES burn fat while you sleep.
    4. Suppress Mentor = Coffee – use pre-biotic fiber – tasteless it feeds good gut bacteria
    which creates ketones, helps you eliminate – a powder. INTER FUEL pre-biotic fiber
    5. Once you break fast do a short workout squats – SHAKER for 15 minutes
    6. Cycles are good – FASTING – OMAD – one meal a day
