Sometimes we just must sweeten the day with a bit of chocolate. In 15 minutes you could be enjoying a cookie treat that is totally guilt free at .5 carbs per bite 😃

Dry ingredients: 2.5 c almond flour + 1 tsp baking powder + bit of salt + 1/4 tsp Stevia + mix with fork. Wet stuff: 1/2 cup melted butter + 1 tbls vanilla + 2 eggs. Stir wet stuff with fork then add to dry stuff. (taste dough, add stevia to your taste) Add 1/2 cup chopped walnuts + 1/2 cup chocolate chips. Fridge it awhile to form cookies easier on parchment paper. These goodies do not spread out, so make em the size you like. Use muffin pans for a round deep dish cookie. Bake at 350 F for 10-12 minutes. Too long in the oven and cookies get crumbly.

Will try this next time. MADE up extra dough that I keep in fridge for a fresh baked cookie or two. LIMITS my intake, two at a time, if i had a dozen they would be gone.
