
It is a personal choice to listen to God, trust His Word, surrender our ways and obey His commands. At times, His Way will not make us popular and we could lose friends. As an adopted child of the King of kings, it is very important who we choose to listen to. The world or God? How do we listen to God? We ask the Holy Spirit to give us ears to hear what the Spirit of God is saying.

There are many voices that tell us to just believe in ourselves, to rely on ourselves and to follow our hearts. We must always remember Who calls us by name. Who wrote down all our days in His book before we were born. God’s Word tells us the truth. Psalm 139:4-8 “Before a word is on my tongue You, Lord, know it completely. You hem me in behind and before, and You lay Your hand upon me. Such knowledge is too wonderful for me, too lofty for me to attain. Where can I go from your Spirit? Where can I flee from Your presence? If I go up to the heavens, You are there; if I make my bed in the depths, You are there.” Jesus invites us to be honest, and speak exactly what bothers us, and ask for His help.

God’s plan for us is more fantastic than anything this world has to offer. It is up to us to ask, wait upon the Lord, and trust that He will guide those who are patiently listening. When we pray, we are speaking to God, and He listens. Our Father wants His children to talk to Him because He loves all of His kids. Why are we able to talk to God? Because Jesus Christ erased the barrier between God and His people with His blood. Isaiah taught those who wandered away from God. “It’s your sins that have cut you off from God.

Because of your sins, He has turned away and will not listen anymore” Isaiah 59:2. We must admit we are sinners, and BELIEVE in JESUS. Our ways are not holy like God. After we invite Jesus to be our Lord, our sins are washed away and the Father invites us to His throne room to speak to our best friend and King, our Lord Jesus. Our Father is ever mindful of His children. Blessed be the mighty name of Jesus, King of the universe. His kingdom expands as His will is done through His obedient kids on earth. Holy Spirit give us understanding this day in this moment of need. Forgive us Father for our failures to listen and be rightly instructed by the Holy Spirit. Prompt us to listen and obey, to quickly forgive ourselves and others.

“So let us come boldly to the throne of our gracious God. There we will receive His mercy, and we will find grace to help us when we need it most” Hebrews 4:16. Confidently we enter God’s throne room and speak what’s on our mind. With zero limits, we ask the God who hears every language. In accordance with the Father’s good pleasure, the eternal Son, who is equal with the Father and is the exact representation of His nature, willingly left the glory of heaven, was conceived by the Holy Spirit in the womb of a virgin, and was born the God-man: Jesus of Nazareth. As a man, He walked on this earth in perfect obedience to the law of God. In the fullness of time, man rejected and crucified Him. On the cross, He bore man’s sin, suffered God’s wrath, and died in man’s place. On the third day, God raised Jesus from the dead. Jesus walked out of the tomb and defeated Satan and death.

His resurrection is God’s divine declaration that the Father has accepted His Son’s death, as a sacrifice for sin. Jesus paid the penalty for man’s disobedience, satisfied the demands of justice, and appeased the wrath of God. 40 days after the resurrection, the Son of God ascended into the heavens, sat down at the right hand of the Father, and was given glory, honor, and dominion over all. In heaven, in the presence of God, Jesus represents His people and makes requests to God on our behalf. All who admit their sinful, helpless state and who surrender themselves to His authority, God will fully pardon, declare righteous, and reconcile unto Himself. This is the gospel of God. This account is what we declare as truth and choose to believe. We desire to be reconciled to God and so we gladly choose to trust God at His Word and we invite Jesus to be our Savior, and be adopted as His child forever. Telestai

So we choose to listen and obey and laugh at the days to come. Proverbs 31 “A wife of noble character who can find? She is worth far more than rubies. Her husband (Jesus) has full confidence in her and lacks nothing of value. She brings Him good, not harm, all the days of her life. She opens her arms to the poor and extends her hands to the needy. She is clothed with strength and dignity; she can laugh at the days to come. She speaks with wisdom, (from God) and faithful instruction is on her tongue.” Imagine Jesus singing over you with a joy that lasts forever. Zephaniah 3:17 “The Lord your God is with you, the Mighty Warrior who saves. He will take great delight in you; in His love He will no longer rebuke you, but will rejoice over you with singing.” We are never alone as the Spirit of God is ever with us just as promised.

We will be tested for our loyalty to our King. Jesus did NOT say ‘follow your heart.’ Jesus actually said “Follow Me.” God’s word does not recommend that we be true to ourselves. Jesus said “Whoever wants to be My disciple, must deny himself.” Self help books promote that we just have to believe in ourselves. Jesus said “Believe in Me.” All social media broadcasts that to be happy we just post pictures of ourselves smiling as we live our best version of truth. Jesus said “I am the truth.” The world view is that we do whatever makes us happy. Jesus said “What will it profit a man if he gains the whole world but loses his soul.” Trust God at His Word. “May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit, you may abound in hope.” Romans 15:13 ESV. Come to His throne of grace and pray for understanding.

Jesus taught us how to please our Father. Luke 6:27-28 “But to you who are listening I say: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you.” Be secure in Christ eternally, with your final destination known, singing around His glorious throne. AMEN and so be it! Hallelujah!

Matthew 15:10-11 “Jesus called the crowd to him and said, “Listen and understand. What goes into someone’s mouth does not defile them, but what comes out of their mouth, that is what defiles them.” Be quick to listen and slow to speak. AMEN

Have you ever wished you could have the right words to speak? Have you wanted all the wisdom you need, on the spot, when you need it? Even though I have read a lot of books, attended seminars, listened to podcasts, watched how to video’s — with all that information stored in my brain — I still want and need the purest of wisdom daily to make healthy choices that will honor God. Our Father deposited in us the Holy Spirit for His purpose. The work of the Holy Spirit in us, transforms us, moment by moment. Change does not happen overnight, it happens as we surrender more and more. The evidence of the transforming power of the Holy Spirit in me has been recorded on a long thanksgiving list! The small subtle changes in my attitudes, in my preferences, and choices — never has it been as dramatic as Saul being changed into Paul, but nevertheless, I am different NOT because of the information I have collected, but by the Wisdom and Purposes of God.

Jesus is pouring out His Spirit upon the youth all over the world! The Holy Spirit desires for this generation to come to know Jesus, and to captivate their hearts with His love. Our Lord is pouring out His Spirit upon hundreds of young people in Colorado.
Please keep us in your prayers as we will be speaking at the CFAN school of evangelism this month in Orlando. Afterwards, we will be ministering in Chiapas, Mexico where over 500 churches are coming together for a crusade. Let’s pray for Jesus to be glorified, His Spirit to be poured out, and for thousands of lives to be saved!

God created angels, so they have not always existed. The Word of God refers to angels as the “host” or “armies” of heaven. “You are the Lord, you alone; you have made heaven, the heaven of heavens, with all their host . . . and the host of heaven worships you” Nehemiah 9:6. Paul tells us that God created all things “visible and invisible,” and specifically includes the angelic world with the phrase “whether thrones or dominions or principalities or authorities” Colossians 1:16.
The Bible also suggests that they don’t “exist” in the same way we do. All angels are “spirits” Hebrews 1:13. When Jesus appears to the disciples, He asserts that “spirits” don’t have bodies like He does. Luke 24:39. In the Bible, angels can’t usually be seen by humans unless God reveals them. Numbers 22:31, 2 Kings 6:17, Luke 2:13. However, from time to time angels took on a bodily form and appeared to various people in Scripture. Matthew 28:5; Hebrews 13:2.
There are 3 types of angels in the Bible. Three categories of heavenly beings that appear to be types of angels: cherubim, seraphim, and “living creatures.”
CHERUBIM are mentioned in several places throughout Scripture. They guarded the entrance to the Garden of Eden. Genesis 3:24. God is enthroned above them. Ezekiel 10:1–22. God rides on them. Psalm 18:10. Two golden figures of cherubim sit above the Ark of the Covenant. Exodus 25:22.
SERAPHIM: Another type of angel are only mentioned once in the Bible. They appear in Isaiah 6:2–7, where they continually worship the Lord and say, “Holy, holy, holy is the Lord of hosts; the whole earth is full of his glory”. Isaiah 6:3.
LIVING CREATURES: Ezekiel and Revelation speak of other kinds of heavenly beings known as “living creatures” around God’s throne. Ezekiel 1:5–14, Revelation 4:6–8. They appeared like a lion, an ox, a man, and an eagle, representing various parts of God’s creation. They, too, worship God continually: “Day and night they never cease to sing, ‘Holy, holy, holy, is the Lord God Almighty, who was and is and is to come!’”. Revelation 4:8.
Angels have a hierarchy, a rank and order. The angel hierarchy is supported by Jude 9. Michael is called an “archangel”—a title that indicates rule or authority over other angels. He’s also called “one of the chief princes” in Daniel 10:13, and appears to lead God’s angelic army in Revelation 12: “Now war arose in heaven, Michael and his angels fighting against the dragon; and the dragon and his angels fought, but they were defeated”. Revelation 12:7–8. Paul also tells us that the Lord will return from heaven “with the archangel’s call”. 1 Thessalonians 4:16. Scripture doesn’t tell us if this refers to Michael, or if there are other archangels as well.
Only two angels have names in the cannon of the Bible. The archangel Michael is mentioned in Jude 9, Revelation 12:7–8, and Daniel 10:13 and 21. The 2nd is Gabriel as found in Daniel 8:16 and 9:21 as a messenger who comes from God to speak to Daniel. He’s also identified as God’s messenger in Luke 1. He tells Zechariah, “I am Gabriel, who stand in the presence of God”. Luke 1:19. Then we read, “In the sixth month the angel Gabriel was sent from God to a city of Galilee named Nazareth, to a virgin . . . and the virgin’s name was Mary”. Luke 1:26–27.

He tells us that when the father saw his lost child coming, he ran to him and ‘fell on his neck,’ kissing him.

Abiding in His Spirit by Chuck Pierce — ” The real miracle was that something changed in me. Anxiety from trauma that I had carried for years and years and years had lifted. That old, bad friend was gone, and the joy of the Lord had replaced that portion within my soul and spirit. Warfare is conflict, and in the midst of the conflict we can lose our joy. Joy produces strength. When we don’t sense the life of Christ flowing through us, we need to ask the Lord, What has happened to my passion? In the midst of my circumstance, Lord, did I just get tired and quit withstanding? In truth, we can pray until we are green. We can engage in all sorts of religious activities. But if we don’t resist the enemy during that trial (the temptation toward passivity and all other temptations), and if we don’t let that trial bring the working of the cross into us, then we won’t really enter the passion and fullness of life that the Lord has for each of us. Having God’s passion as we walk in wisdom and revelation is the key to protecting ourselves from being outwitted by the enemy. Yeshua Himself prophesied that a triumphant people, filled with the Father’s revelation, would arise and prevail against hell’s gates.”

God knows our value; He sees our potential. We may not understand everything we’ve been through, but we are required to BELIEVE and TRUST, and NOT know all things. We hold our heads up high, we know that God is in control. He has great plans for us according to His purpose. Our dreams may not have turned out exactly as hoped, but the bible says that God’s ways are better and higher than our ways. When everybody rejects us, God stands before us with His arms open wide. He accepts us as we are, but He loves us too much to leave us as HE found us. Our Father confirms our value and He sees us pray in private. He is delighted in our progress. We are His prized possession. No matter what we go through, no matter how many disappointments we suffer, our value in God’s eyes always remains the same. We will always be the apple of His eye. He will never give up on us, so don’t give up on God. We give Him our dreams, and trust Him to improve them. AMEN ❤️
