KETO Pork Rind Tortilla


Garnish with cilantro, lime and your favorite taco sauce.  We use Chapala Sauce

Zesty taco shells for your beef, chicken, cheese, tomato fillings! The many uses of bacon rinds multiply for the KETO fan! These are simple to make and oh so tasty!  Simply puree all ingredients in a food processor, then cook them like very thin pancakes! The recipes makes about 12 six inch tortillas, so they come out to be less than 1 carb per tortilla!

SHOP for these ingredients

    • 4 oz Pork Rinds(hot & spicy or regular – one small bag)
    • 8 Egg – Large
    • 1/3 cup Water
    • 1 tbsp Cumin ground/powdered
    • 8 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese – one large pkg
             1 tsp Garlic Salt
             OPTIONAL GARNISH: tomato, onion, taco sauce, lime, cilantro
    Puree in food processor, or in a blender all ingredients.  Dip onto greased pan and cook like pancakes until brown.  Fill with your favorite meat, cheese etc. ENJOY
