Ok, you want to persuade someone to try the KETO lifestyle? Do not say a word to convince anybody, just do your thing, set up your kitchen with what you need, and enjoy the fact that you sleep better, your brain fog has lifted, inches have melted off your belly, lethargy replaced with energy as your mood brightens day by day…the scale will eventually go down while you never feel deprived. Just bake pizza for your friends, some guacamole with bacon rinds, Keto PanCakes and for desert KETO Mini Cheese Cakes
1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons cream cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup almond flour
1/4 teaspoon xanthum gum (binds ingredients)
A) Use glass bowl to melt cheeses, zap in microwave for 1 minute, stir.
B) Add cheeses to stainless steel mixer bowl, add egg and mix with dough hook attachment on stand mixer. Add salt, flour gum and blend in mixer. Remove from bowl with greased hands.
C) Rub coconut oil on your hands and flatten dough on a oven mat. Use rolling pin over parchment paper, or just form 2 thick individual pizzas by hand. Place two pizzas on oven baking mat that is then placed on a cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 9 minutes. Remove from oven to add favored toppings.

Spread Paul Newman marinara sauce on baked crust, add shredded mozzarella cheese, add bell pepper, add onion, add tomato, pepperoni, basil…get creative. Bake another 5 minutes…Serve with KETO Broccoli Salad
