KETO Broccoli Salad

broccoli+salad+1Serve with your favorite meat dish, or just eat a spoon full to satisfy your green taste buds. Broccoli, bacon, onion and sweetened mayo! Yummy with pulled pork!  FIRST: Fry 8 slices of bacon on medium high heat until crispy.  Drain, crumble, clip into bacon bits.

    1. In a large bowl, combine 3 cups broccoli florets, 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 1/2 onion diced.
    2. DRESSING WHISK TOGETHER: 2 tbl red wine vinegar + ¼ cup Stevia + 1 cup mayo + 2 tbls lemon juice +1/4 tsp pepper and 1/4 tsp salt.
    3. Add dressing to bowl of florets and cheese and place in fridge for an hour for ingredients to saturate
