Serve with your favorite meat dish, or just eat a spoon full to satisfy your green taste buds. Broccoli, bacon, onion and sweetened mayo! Yummy with pulled pork!
- Fry 8 slices of bacon on medium high heat until crispy. Drain, and crumble.
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli, cheese, bacon and onion.
- Dressing PREP: whisk together red wine vinegar, sugar, pepper, salt, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Cover, and refrigerate until ready to serve. Garnish with ALMONDS and RAISINS toss and serve.
- DRESSING WHISK TOGETHER: 2 tbl red wine vinegar + 1/2 cup sugar + 1 cup mayo + 2 tbls lemon juice +1/4 tsp pepper and 1/4 tsp salt. (sub: 1/4 cup Stevia)
