KETO Broccoli Salad

broccoli+salad+1Serve with your favorite meat dish, or just eat a spoon full to satisfy your green taste buds. Broccoli, bacon, onion and sweetened mayo! Yummy with pulled pork!

  1. Fry 8 slices of bacon on medium high heat until crispy.  Drain, and crumble.
  2. In a large bowl, combine broccoli, cheese, bacon and onion.
  3. Dressing PREP: whisk together red wine vinegar, sugar, pepper, salt, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Cover, and refrigerate until ready to serve.  Garnish with ALMONDS and RAISINS toss and serve. 
  4. DRESSING WHISK TOGETHER: 2 tbl red wine vinegar + 1/2 cup sugar + 1 cup mayo + 2 tbls lemon juice +1/4 tsp pepper and 1/4 tsp salt.  (sub: 1/4 cup Stevia)
