- In a large bowl, combine 3 cups broccoli florets, 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 1/2 onion diced.
- DRESSING WHISK TOGETHER: 2 tbl red wine vinegar + ¼ cup Stevia + 1 cup mayo + 2 tbls lemon juice +1/4 tsp pepper and 1/4 tsp salt.
- Add dressing to bowl of florets and cheese and place in fridge for an hour for ingredients to saturate
- Add bacon bits for garnish on each serving.
