NATIONAL meatball day falls on March 9th every year! A tasty meatball night always pleases the tastebuds of those who enjoy a protein packed rounded goodness! Tis easy and all together rewarding to serve up a dish that invites the Italian in all of us to say whooppee!

Mixing by olive oil brushed hands keeps the balls from sticking. Add all of your favorite seasonings to incorporate ingredients by hand. Release the Italian in you to touch the meat paste to taste. Browning the meatballs adds so much more flavor. Lay your loved up meatballs in a generous amount of olive oil in a pan with room to include tasty drippings. Some prefer using the oven to brown your buddies using a dark baking sheet. INGREDIENTS: Ground beef, ground pork, eggs, breadcrumbs, tomato paste, onions, garlic, basil, oregano, parsley flakes and authentic fresh parmesan cheese. Make fresh bread crumbs by tearing up a loaf of fresh baked bread and blitz in your food processor. Soak breadcrumbs in milk, stir to a consistency that is sticky. Add ground meats to the sticky bread and roll into balls to brown in olive oil, or bake them. Use your favorite flavored Italian sauce to bath the balls in, add basil to garnish and enjoy with pasta, or not.

This meathead, me, has had ringing in her ears for a year. This information has gotten many hits and tests by other dingbats who suffer from tinnitus. After watching this video, by a doctor with tinnitus he suggests getting your ears tested – after using drops for 60 days, this hearing doctor reports no difference. Gingko Biloba seems to help some people. QUESTION: do the homeopathic drops on Amazon, do the drops work? https://youtu.be/ozCML5reNvw
