FIRST rub your piggy with a great mix of herbs. In one hour you may crumble and shred this award winning, crowd pleasing tender pulled pork. This tops my list of CARNIVORE favorite foods. VAMANOS AMIGOS! While it is cooking to perfection in the pot, set your table and serve inside FOLIO cheese wraps that are lightly browned in bacon fat. Garnish with a squeeze of lime, and a sprig of parsley. Famous Foodies always decorate the palate and the serving plates.
One big question, how do you get the live piggy to stand still while you begin rubbing the spices into him? 🙂
