Waffle Bowls

Going out to breakfast challenges me to stay true to my goal to FEEL better! This gluten/sugar free waffle recipe is a perfect FIX whenever I begin to have plate ENVY! Put the bacon and coffee on while you whip up this easy batter!

JUST A FEW INGREDIENTS and BAM you can create WAFFLE bowls of DELICIOUS

3 Eggs, 3 Tbl melted butter, 3/4 cup coconut flour, 1/4 cup coconut milk (or almond), 1/2 tsp baking powder, 2 tbl HWC heavy whipping cream, 1/2 tbl Swerve or Stevia, dash of salt.

IN YOUR KITCHEN with MUSIC ON

Wipe PRESTO waffle maker with olive oil (do not use PAM) heat it up while you whip all the ingredients in a blender. The PRESTO waffle maker is great because it is small and does not use up space. When you spoon batter onto grill, just cover the bottom leaving plenty of room for waffle to rise. Butter them up and use SUGAR free syrup, or whipping cream and fresh berries. We have made these waffles and filled them with BBQ pulled pork too! This waffle is a yummy sandwich maker too! Fill a hot one with cream cheese and ham! Fill one with whip cream and berries!

* for fluffier waffles, seperate room temp eggs and whip white whites, then add yolks to your blender
