6-7 pound pork butt
1 jar of your favorite BBQ sauce
1 tablespoon local raw honey
3 tablespoons Bacon drippings
1 Red onion and minced garlic
CROCK POT READY
First rub the pork butt with salt, garlic and honey. Place in crock pot, add red onion and pour a bottle of BBQ sauce over the top. Cook on high for 6 hours. Serve atop a fully loaded baked potato. (Sour cream, green onions, cheese and bacon) This is a TEXAS style BBQ feast. For those on strict KETO plan, NO CARBS, omit potato and serve over the top of a KETO slice of bread. Serve with KETO Broccoli Salad. A simple cozy meal ended with a cup of Kahlua coffee. Chocolate deserts purchased from Ajijic Sweets and Treats.
