20221013_120626You say your not a cook?  Your family knows the truth, but now you can boast “Ladies and gentlemen, I am a slow cooker” Crank up your crock pot and invite a few disbelievers over!   Or simply crush a few cloves of garlic and pound them into the chicken breast.  Put 2 tablespoons of lemon juice in a glass, add 1 tsp of ginger, add 1/2 tsp pepper, add 1/4 tsp of salt, add 1/4 tsp oregano and stir. Use to baste the chicken as you slowly brown in in garlic butter. Simple ingredients that cook themselves in the crockpot while you make the KETO Broccoli Salad. Quick list of what you need to smother a few chicken breasts, or thighs in a deliriously lovely sauce.


4 skinless chicken breast halves/ or 8 skinless thighs

1 bottle of your favorite low sodium BBQ sauce

OR…make one batch of KETO BBQ SAUCE

1 Tablespoons fresh garlic (rub onto chicken)

2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar


35 pesos for 4 thighs in Mexico – add parsley flakes to the pot and let it all slowly sink into the meat. Serve with a salad: Julienne carrots, red onions, celery, lettuce.  Red Wine vinegar and olive oil dressing



Got 4 hungry men to feed.  Steak, pork chops BBQ’d with a cucumber and guacamole salad.
