DeliCious juicy pulled pork served with a broccoli salad, a new rainy day tradition! A gathering of happy guests enjoyed a healthy, simple KETO meal which allowed us to focus on laughter outside the kitchen.
INGREDIENTS
6-7 pound pork butt ( or Costco pulled pork package )
add 1/2 jar of your favorite BBQ sauce
3 tablespoons Bacon drippings
1 Red onion and minced garlic
CROCK POT READY
Place Costco pulled pork in crock pot, add red onion and pour half bottle of BBQ sauce over the top. Cook on high for 2 hours. Serve atop a fully loaded KETO muffin. (Sour cream, green onions, cheese and bacon) This is a TEXAS style BBQ feast. For those on strict KETO plan, NO CARBS, omit BBQ sauce. Serve with KETO Broccoli Salad. A simple cozy meal ended with a cup of Kahlua coffee.
