DeliCious juicy pulled pork served with a broccoli salad, a new rainy day tradition! A gathering of happy guests enjoyed a healthy, simple KETO meal which allowed us to focus on laughter outside the kitchen.slow-cooker-pulled-pork-bourbon-peach-barbecue-sauce-ck

6-7 pound pork butt ( or Costco pulled pork package )

add 1/2 jar of your favorite BBQ sauce

3 tablespoons Bacon drippings

1 Red onion and minced garlic

Place Costco pulled pork in crock pot, add red onion and pour half bottle of BBQ sauce over the top.  Cook on high for 2 hours.  Serve atop a fully loaded KETO muffin.  (Sour cream, green onions, cheese and bacon)  This is a TEXAS style BBQ feast.  For those on strict KETO plan, NO CARBS, omit BBQ sauce. Serve with KETO Broccoli Salad.  A simple cozy meal ended with a cup of Kahlua coffee.
