Who would have imagined that a body could produce fat burning ketones by eating cream cheese! As easy as a furnace melting cheese, this AWESOME recipe adapted from Tammy Twinkle’s sugar filled Raspberry Tiramisu… will keep you in ketosis.
The Ingredients for a KETO friendly Raspberry Fat Bomb:
1/4 cup Stevia + 2 tablespoons butter
1 small frozen bags of raspberries
1 package philadelphia cream cheese
1 small container cottage cheese
1 tablespoon coconut oil (hard scoop, not melted)
Use silicone ice cube tray for a frozen FAT BOMB
NOTE: use squirt can of whipping cream to garnish
Bowl #1 mix Philly cheese and cottage cheese together with 1/4 cup Stevia. Remove half the mixture and place in bowl #2. In Bowl #2 stir in a 2 cups of thawed raspberries and 1 tablespoon of thawed raspberry juices nad mix, taste. Layer your favorite serving shot glasses, or cups with mix from Bowl #2. Spoon the raspberry creme from Bowl#1 over the strawberry colored fruit base. Squirt with can of whipped cream and garnish with a raspberry or almond flakes or both! Leave in the fridge or freezer to chill before serving. Good NUTRITION: Fat per frozen pop out. Fat 3 g: Net carb 0: Protein 2g. Calories 8.
