Any Carnivore delights in having a fling with egg noodles. Those who feel restricted because of food allergies or other serious health issues, perhaps this is not for you. First we need to be educated on how to make the egg noodle.
INGREDIENTS for CARNIVORE EGG NOODLES ( half recipe for one person)
4 eggs, 4 oz of cream cheese, 2 tbls pork rinds, 1/4 tsp salt.
EQUIPMENT NEEDED
A deep mixing bowl, a hand held mixer, a 9 X 13 baking sheet, wax paper
NOW TO MAKE THE NOODLES: PREHEAT OVEN to 350 F. Put the cream cheese into the mixing bowl, add the salt and mix with the blender. Add the crushed pork rinds and mix. Crack in the eggs and mix well. Place wax paper over the baking sheet. Pour the mixture onto the wax paper. Tilt the pan so mixture rolls across full surface. Pat till even. Place in the oven of 8-10 minutes ( half the recipe for just one person) Pull out of oven let it cool for 5 minutes. Separate baked noodle slab from paper. Place on slicing surface. Use sharp knife or pizza roller to make noodle strips. WHALA there you have EGG NOODLES.

INGREDIENTS FOR SHRIMP SAUCE
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1/2 pound veined shrimp
1 stick of butter
4 oz of cream cheese
TO COOK IT UP you will NEED a DEEP SKILLET (a tad of coconut oil)
Add salt and pepper to shrimp. Place shrimp in deep skillet of hot oil. Cook for about a minute while turning. Add butter and stir till melting. Add cream cheese and HWC heavy whipping cream and whisk together well. Let is percolate till the sauce thickens. Scoop sauce over the top of a bowl of egg noodles. ENJOY serving this to your NON-CARNIVORE amigas or for your sweetheart for Valentines Day!
