This is a no brainer, easy to make and KETO delicious! Since January 23rd is National Pie day, why not make everyone rejoice when they hear you say “CHEESE”! Smiles will abound as you serve up a slice of yummylicious! This recipe is an original, made up as I was attempting to convert a crepe recipe into KETO. Mistakes that turn out this good are worth sharing! Serving it up Sunday Jan 23rd as we host church at home manana.
PREHEAT oven to 230 C
In a large bowl add 1 cup warm water + 1/8 cup warm water
ADD 1/4 teaspoon salt + MIX WELL with spatula.
ADD 3/4 cup of coconut flour and MIX WELL until sticky.
ADD two tablespoons Stevia
KNEAD by hand until it forms a dough
Spray PAM into pie pan + dust with Swerve
SMASH dough into pie pan
BAKE for 25 minutes
2nd Microwaveable Bowl BERRY PIE FILLING
Melt one big block of Philadelphia Crème Cheese 1 minute in microwave
ADD 1.5 cups of frozen mix berries + stir well ADD 1 tbls SWERVE
PULL out browned pie crust and fill with berry pie filling
Slice and add whipped creme on top, serve with coffee or tea
