Need a break from meat and eggs? Bake up a batch of KETO BAGELS and spread cream cheese on em! Make several dozen then freeze when you get the need to bite into a yummy bagel. There are also KETO bagel recipes that just use flour zero cheese.
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 1.5 cups Almond flour
  • 2 tsp xantham gum
  • 4 tbsp cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
Toppings (to taste)
  • sesame seeds
  • Poppy seeds
  • Onion Powder
  • garlic powder
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 400°
  2. In a bowl mix the almond flour, xantham gum, and eggs until combined
  3. Place mozzarella and cream cheese in a medium pot. Cook on low until melted
  4. Once the cheese is melted, combine with the other mixture.
  5. Knead until thoroughly combined (you will need a mixer, the flour, eggs and xanthan powder get really hard to mix after a little bit)
  6. Roll the dough into log shapes and rest them into your donut pan. ( purhased silicone donut pan from Amazon) then sprinkle your toppings
  7. Bake for 18 minutes or until they turn brown

  3. Living in Mexico, shopping for Keto safe ingredients, a store named Super Lake in San Antonio is where gringos can find anything…however, almond and coconut flour can get expensive. Alternate store found in Ajijic right next to Gossips – at the Granera. Bob’s Red Mill brand is great, but for a quarter of the cost, shop at the Granera and stay motivated making pancakes, cheesecakes and yummy treats all on KETO!
