USE A MIXING BOWL + whisk with FORK
½ cup of carton egg whites + 1 full egg
1/3 cup Blonde Psyllium husk ( order on Amazon )
ALLOW DOUGH to REST 15 minutes
Wet hands, take piece of dough and roll into 5 buns
Place buns on baking dish lined with baking paper
BAKE at 350 F or 280 C for 38-30 minutes
Crispy and warm enough to melt your Super Butter ( recipe below) Soft and puffy on the inside
The next recipe is a NUTTY BM BREAD that gets cut in squares that you can freeze. Dr Beatriz Gallagher, CNS, PhD gave me the recipe to make a gluten free, grain free bread. According to my beliefs and charted blood pressure, after 5 days of elevated blood pressure, I have chosen to change the recipe to be KETO friendly, while still assisting my bowels to move! - 1/3 cup Psyllium husk fibre
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 3 Teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon ground Cardamomo

- 3/4 cup almond shavings
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup flaxseed
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- WET INGREDIENTS
- 1 raw egg + 1/2 cup carton egg whites
- 1 tablespoon liquid Stevia
- 3/4 cup frozen blue berries
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
INSTRUCTIONS FOR BLUEBERRY BM BREAD
FIRST: Put all DRY ingredients in large bowl and mix by hand. NEXT: Toast all the SEEDS over a low heat in a pan for 5 minutes (smells wonderful toasted). Set aside to cool. NEXT: In another large bowl mix all wet ingredients with a whisk. NEXT: Add the cooled SEEDS to the WET bowl and stir with a wooden spoon until it becomes a soft, sticky lump of dough. Grease two square baking pans with plenty of high quality butter. Lightly dust baking pans with baking powder. Compress dough into pans with your hands.
